Giving...

Child Evangelism Fellowship is an interdenominational mission supported by God through the gifts of His people. From the beginning our policy has always been to “ask God and tell His people.”

CEF full time workers in Ireland and missionaries overseas live by faith; they are not guaranteed regular financial support, they trust the Lord to provide for them through the gifts of His people.

Local Area - Northern Ireland

Each CEF area in Northern Ireland is responsible for meeting the expenses of the CEF programme in that area. The main outlay is the support of the local workers.

Missionaries

It is the policy of CEF that each missionary does a period of deputation to interest the Lord’s people in his/her/their work. The Fellowship does not permit missionaries to proceed to the field until they have sufficient prayer and full financial support from churches and individual believers. They then receive a personal allowance and ministry expenses from their personal support account each month.

Regular giving:

The most effective way to be involved in the regular support of a CEF worker or missionary, is to set up a standing order through your bank. You can easily instruct your bank to increase or decrease contributions or change the frequency of the contributions (monthly, quarterly or yearly) as you wish. If you would like to get involved in regular giving then click on the link below and download the standing order form. Once completed, simply post this form to our National Office at 199 Templemore Avenue, Belfast, BT5 4FR and advise us which worker or missionary you would like to support. We will then do the rest, and will ensure that your support goes to your designated worker or missionary.

Gift Aid:

Those who send occasional gifts to CEF by post or those who commit themselves to the regular monthly support of a worker or missionary are encouraged to consider using the Gift Aid scheme. This enables CEF to reclaim tax on the gift given, thus considerably increasing the value of the gift at no extra cost to the giver.

Please click on the link below and download the gift aid declaration form. Read it carefully and if you fulfill the requirements then please complete the form and return it to us along with your gift (either one off or monthly) and we will take care of the rest.
