Why not take a year to explore …your gifts …full-time ministry …CEF?
Explore is an exciting opportunity from September 2026 – August 2027 to explore your gifting, explore full-time ministry, and explore CEF. It could be a gap year before or after University, a career break, or an opportunity for you to see if full-time ministry is where God is leading you.
We will meet with you and develop a programme that suits your circumstances best, but an example would look like this:
September – December: take the Children’s MInistry Leadership Course (CMLC) being held in Seaview, Kilkeel
Jan – Feb: first 5-week block placement working alongside some workers based in Northern Ireland
Feb – Mar: second 5-week block placement working alongside some workers based in Republic of Ireland
April: attend Easter Conference, Portrush
May – June: 6-week block placement based in national office and exploring some specialist areas of ministry
July – August: a bespoke summer ministry including the option of going on an overseas Momentum team
This will be dependent on some of the placements which you will be offered, but there are some fixed costs involved (CMLC and Easter Conference). An approx. cost is £2000, but this can be discussed in detail.
Any Christian who is at least 18 years old and in full agreement with our statement of faith may apply.
