On Saturday 3 June 2017 the CEF® of Ireland Multimedia Department will be hosting the annual Equip Conference where our goal is to equip you to be more effective in your ministry. The Equip Conference is for anyone who has a desire to be more effective in ministry. Areas covered will be pastoral care, how to study the Bible, children’s ministry, and worship ministry. We invite you to be with us on 3 June where you will experience worship with other believers, and be equipped to be more effective as you serve God.

Jesus chose 12 men to be His disciples – His team if you will. Each of the disciples had unique personalities and characteristics which created some interesting dynamics. This session will explore and describe the effects that different roles and behaviours have on other members of the group and the on group as a whole.
How to Study the Bible:
Dig into God’s Word
For many, studying the Bible can be daunting task. For that reason many people read, but do not really dig into God’s Word. In this session you will learn some easy steps to help you dig deeper, learn what the passage means in context, and then how to apply the passage to your life.

Looking deeper into Children’s Ministry
This session will be super helpful for anyone involved in Children’s Minsitry.

How to Love People You Don’t Like
Everyone has people in their lives that we find very difficult. There are those people (sometimes even the children we minister to) that are a “thorn in our flesh”. We all know the Biblical teaching that we are to “love our neighbour as ourselves” or “love your enemies”. How do you do love someone you find very difficult to even like. This session will explore some practical ways to love those we don’t like.

This session will highlight the difficulties that you can face in Children’s Ministry.
