There are many children in residential care homes who don’t know about God’s love for them. We seek to demonstrate God’s love through providing gift packs and to proclaim the Gospel through providing Gospel literature to these children.
We visit the children’s homes and Juvenile Justice Centre three times a year; at Easter (with Easter eggs), in August (with a ‘Back to school’ stationery pack) and at Christmas (with Christmas gifts). We also visit After-Care facilities for those who have left residential care homes aged 18yrs, and for homeless children aged 16yrs.
In Matthew 19:26 Jesus said, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” It is only through the power of God that this ministry is possible. We praise and glorify God for opening doors into these residential homes, for providing the finance time and time again, and for enabling the Gospel literature to be allowed in.
